The Cochrane Russia Research & Education Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine at the IFMIB KFU and Cochrane leading researcher Professor Gerd Antes, Director of Cochrane Germany invite you to take part in the annual Cochrane Systematic Review Symposium:  Cochrane systematic reviews translating knowledge as a key resource for health challenges to be held on December, the 7th of 2018.

The symposium will be held to celebrate the three-years of the Cochrane Russia launch as a Cochrane Coordination Centre at Kazan Federal University and is the fourth in a series of Cochrane Russia training activities on evidence-based medicine and Cochrane systematic reviews started in 2015.

The symposium is addressed to health professionals, health researchers and teachers, research agenda managers and academic community, health care leadership and managers, ethical committees’ members and managers, information specialists, medical, biology and pharmacy students, and all interested parties.

At the symposium, Professor Gerd Antes, Director of Cochrane Germany, will present a unique lecture on the central role of Cochrane knowledge translation in health policy and practice, in quality research agenda setting process to overcome the growing current challenges in health and academic environment.
